mooBox: simple implmentation of the LightBox effect using the new mooTools

by brunofig 15. September 2006 06:54

well folks, the mootols is out. I just love it. A mix beetween the best that Prototype library and the jQuery have to offer, gives this lightweighted library all the juice to make your site rock.

Jonathan Snook as writen  an excellent how to drag and drop . Cory Hudson has some posts about useful utility functions in mootools and how to extend objects and classes with mootools on his site.

I have taken the mootools, looked at lightBox, and created a little sample of how to make the lightBox : the mooBox. (funny name)

All code is comment for easy understanding of what I'm doing.

UPDATE (15.09.06)

there is a new sample of using the mooTools here.
